We do not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. The information is used solely for the purpose of completing your transaction.

SECURITY POLICY

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

MANUFACTURING WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY

We guarantee the quality and manufacturing of our products. All products are guaranteed against manufacturing and craftsmanship defects for one year. This does not include normal wear and tear, excessive abuse, or abnormal heat/weather conditions (including washing and drying machines). All returns require a Return Authorization by calling or e-mailing Budd Leather Co. All items with genuine defects will be replaced at no charge with the same piece or comparable style if a style has been discontinued. All items that are personalized are non-returnable. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return the merchandise, as new, with the original packaging for a full refund excluding shipping costs. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. All other returns will be at the discretion of the Budd Leather Co. and will be for merchandise credit only. All return requires original boxes/packaging.
